Pricing Control Assistant

Pricing Management:
Set and manage accurate pricing for various product lines.
- Provide timely pricing information to the sales team.
- Review cost computations and sales quotes by Product Managers (PMs) to ensure company profitability.
Backorder Analysis Assistance:
Support PMs in analyzing backorders to forecast order quantity.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) to trigger order processing to vendors when stocks are unavailable.
Documentation Verification:
Verify necessary documents and references during sales order processing and purchase order processing.
- Maintain compliance with vendor requirements for smooth order execution.
Sales Order Auditing:
Identify and address discrepancies in Sales Orders.
- Ensure that orders placed by the clients maintain the required profit margin.
Report Submission:
Prepare and submit required reports, such as margin details, to the accounting department for financial analysis and planning.
- Submit Point of Sale (POS) and Inventory Reports to vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any business-related
- Experience: at least 2 years work experience in Accounting, Finance or Management Trainee/Leadership role; experience in cost accounting is an advantage
- Skills: strong business acumen, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledgeable in basic accounting concepts, strong and clear communication skills (oral and written), strong drive for excellence, time management, organizational skills, strong mathematical skills
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
