JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the indoor go-kart theme park, including track operations, facility maintenance, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient park operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

  Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of employees, including track marshals, customer service representatives, and maintenance staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing team.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs and optimize labor costs.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff members to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered to all guests.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and drive repeat business.

  Financial Management:

  • Manage budgetary responsibilities, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and cost management.
  • Analyze financial performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and purchasing to optimize operational efficiency and minimize waste.

  Sales and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Drive sales initiatives, upsell opportunities, and group bookings to maximize revenue generation.
  • Participate in local community events and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
