Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing promotions for the company's branch locations. This role involves conducting regular branch visits, implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinating with branch personnel and managing outsourced personnel. Provides and analyzes data for the evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing promotions to drive cost optimization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts coordination and visits to Offline Retail branches to ensure proper execution of marketing promotions and campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and support to branch staff to align with the marketing objectives.
  • Provides assistance and orientation for outsourced personnel and oversee the execution of marketing promotions.
  • Coordinate efforts to generate sales from various local and national events through field or remote work, or a combination of both.
  • Ensure that these procedures are clear, efficient, and consistent.
  • Evaluate the performance and success of marketing promotions or events by analyzing relevant data, such as sales figures, players or audience engagement, and promotional or event costs.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the local government and other organizational groups to actively participates in in-house events. Communicate with these groups to organize event materials for event activations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing promotions to management. Reports include recommendations for improvement and cost based on the evaluated results.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business and Marketing-related courses.
  • Preferably with experience in Offline Marketing and promotions management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Willingness to be assigned to the field to visit different branches, conduct, and organize events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and branch interactions.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and the ability to create and optimize standard operating procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on results, observation, data analysis, and cost efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
