Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch while driving business growth and expansion. This role ensures operational efficiency, high customer satisfaction, financial performance, and the development of new business opportunities. The manager will lead staff, optimize processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

  • Branch Operations Management – Ensure efficient and seamless daily operations
  • Customer Satisfaction & Service Excellence – Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues.
  • Business Development & Sales Growth – Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Staff Leadership & Development – Train, mentor, and develop branch employees.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Financial & Cost Management – Optimize operational costs and maximize revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related

field.

  • 5+ years of experience in branch management, operations, and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and market expansion.
  • Experience in budget management, customer service, and team leadership
