About the role

AHD Advance Communication System, Inc.' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RIGHT OF WAY / PERMITTING OFFICER to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This contract role will be responsible for ensuring the successful acquisition and management of rights-of-way and the securing of all necessary permits for our critical rail and maritime infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify, negotiate and acquire rights-of-way from landowners and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with government agencies to secure all required permits, licenses and approvals for construction and operations
  • Manage ongoing relationships with landowners, communities and authorities to maintain access and compliance
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to support rights-of-way and permitting activities
  • Document all processes and maintain comprehensive records of rights-of-way and permits
  • Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to project management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, construction and operations teams

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in rights-of-way acquisition and permitting, preferably from Telecom Industry
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
  • Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced in using GIS/mapping tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can Start 2nd week of November
