Performance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a data-savvy problem solver who knows their way around CRM tools—someone with hands-on exposure who can evaluate platforms and recommend what works best.
In this role, you'll dive deep into the customer journey, helping us understand the data and turn insights into smarter processes. You'll run A/B tests to experiment with messaging and themes, uncover what resonates, and guide our communication strategy. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with other departments to gather the data you need and translate it into actionable insights. Your expertise in audience segmentation will help us target the right people with the right message at the right time.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across search, display, social, and other digital channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize performance.
- Monitor KPIs (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CPA, ROI) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Analyze customer journeys and digital touchpoints to recommend optimization opportunities.
- Track competitor activities and industry trends to inform performance strategies.
- Manage relationships with media platforms, agencies, and external partners.
- Support marketing automation, tracking pixels, tagging, and integration with analytics tools.
- Assist in setting up and managing new marketing technologies (e.g. CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools), ensuring proper implementation and adoption.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, paid media, or marketing analytics; experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, retargeting, digital attribution, and customer journey. Skilled in analytics platforms, social listening, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong Excel and reporting skills. Proficiency in campaign monitoring and performance optimization, with project management skills for implementing new marketing technologies.
- Personality: Self-starter, reliable, adaptable, data-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, innovative, analytical, results-driven, and collaborative.
