Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying manpower needs to final candidate endorsement.

Sourcing: Actively source, attract, and engage applicants through various recruitment channels.

Assessment: Perform initial screening, conduct interviews, and coordinate trade testing.

Documentation: Prepare employment offers, contracts, and agreements; gather and complete all pre-employment requirements.

Coordination: Endorse qualified candidates for training and coordinate new hires for onboarding.

Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment reports and tracking tools on a regular basis.

Applicant Experience: Provide a professional, positive, and seamless experience for all candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or individuals with limited to no prior recruitment experience who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Strong interest in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional applicant experience.
