Deskripsyon ng Trabaho:

Ang Food Truck Attendant ay mahalaga sa pang-araw-araw na operasyon ng food truck, tinitiyak na natatanggap ng mga customer ang dekalidad na pagkain at mahusay na serbisyo. Ang trabahong ito ay nangangailangan ng kumbinasyon ng kasanayan sa customer service, kaalaman sa pagluluto, at husay sa organisasyon. Ang mga Food Truck Attendant ay responsable sa iba't ibang gawain kaugnay ng paghahanda, pagluluto, paghahatid, at pangkalahatang pamamahala ng food truck.

Mga Responsibilidad:

  • Serbisyo sa Customer:
  • Batiin ang mga customer nang magiliw at may ngiti.
  • Tanggapin ang mga order nang tama at mabilis, magbigay ng rekomendasyon kung kinakailangan.
  • Tugunan ang mga tanong, alalahanin, at espesyal na kahilingan ng mga customer nang propesyonal.
  • Magproseso ng mga transaksyon at magbigay ng tamang sukli gamit ang cash register o electronic payment system.
  • Paghahanda ng Pagkain at Pagluluto:
  • Maghanda at magluto ng pagkain ayon sa itinakdang recipe at food safety standards.
  • Tiyaking lutong maayos ang pagkain at sumusunod sa quality standards.
  • Panatilihing malinis at maayos ang lugar ng pagluluto, kasama ang food prep stations at cooking equipment.
  • Sundin ang mga alituntunin sa food handling at safety upang maiwasan ang cross-contamination.
  • Pagpapakita ng Pagkain:
  • Ihain ang pagkain nang kaaya-aya at presentable.
  • Siguruhing tama at consistent ang dami ng pagkain ayon sa menu.
  • Balutin nang maayos ang mga take-out order para sa mga customer.
  • Pamamahala ng Imbentaryo:
  • Subaybayan ang dami ng sangkap, inumin, at iba pang suplay.
  • Mag-replenish ng suplay kung kinakailangan upang tuluy-tuloy ang serbisyo.
  • Ipaalam sa manager kung paubos na ang imbentaryo.
  • Paglilinis at Sanitasyon:
  • Panatilihing malinis at maayos ang food truck.
  • Linisin ang kagamitan, ibabaw, at mga gamit sa pagluluto nang regular.
  • Itapon nang maayos ang basura alinsunod sa mga alituntunin sa waste disposal.
  • Operasyon ng Food Truck:
  • Tumulong sa pag-setup ng food truck bago magserbisyo, kabilang ang pagsuri sa kagamitan.
  • Makipagtulungan sa driver (kung mayroon) upang iparada ang food truck sa tamang lokasyon.
  • Tumulong sa pag-impake ng food truck pagkatapos ng serbisyo.
  • Cash Handling at Reporting:
  • Tiyakin ang maayos at tamang paghawak ng pera.
  • Subaybayan ang benta at iulat ang kita sa manager araw-araw.
  • Siguruhin ang tamang pagtatala ng benta at pagbibigay ng resibo sa mga customer.
  • Pagsunod sa Regulasyon:
  • Sundin ang mga lokal na regulasyon kaugnay ng food handling at serbisyo.
  • Tiyaking may wastong lisensya at permit ang food truck.

Mga Kwalipikasyon:

  • May karanasan sa customer service, food service, o culinary industry (mas pinapaboran).
  • Kaalaman sa food safety at sanitasyon.
  • Kakayahang magtrabaho sa mabilisang kapaligiran at magmultitask.
  • Malakas na kasanayan sa komunikasyon at pakikitungo sa tao.
  • Pisikal na kakayahang magtrabaho ng mahabang oras, magbuhat ng mabibigat na bagay, at magtrabaho sa iba't ibang kondisyon ng panahon.
  • Flexible sa trabaho tuwing gabi, weekend, at holidays.
  • Kakayahang magtrabaho nang mahusay sa team.

  • NBI/Police Clearance
  • Occupational Clearance para sa City Hall (Reimbursable)
  • Marikina City Health Certificate (Reimbursable)
  • Barangay Barangka Work Clearance (Reimbursable)

  • Uri ng Trabaho: Full-time, Permanent
  • Sahod: Php19, Php20,000.00 kada buwan
