We are looking for a
Talent Specialist / KOL Specialist
who will play a key role in growing our
Affiliate and Influencer Network
- identifying, onboarding, and managing creators, KOLs, and brand ambassadors who can authentically represent Canine Science.

About the Role

The
Talent Specialist / KOL Specialist
will be responsible for sourcing and managing influencer and affiliate partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales. This role involves recruiting pet influencers, content creators, and online advocates, building long-term relationships, and ensuring successful collaborations aligned with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify and recruit potential KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners aligned with the Canine Science brand.
  • Manage outreach campaigns, negotiations, and onboarding of new partners.
  • Develop and maintain a database of active influencers and affiliates.

Partnership Management

  • Coordinate campaign briefs, content calendars, and deliverables with influencers.
  • Ensure all KOLs represent the brand consistently and follow guidelines.
  • Track affiliate performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with brand launches and promotions.
  • Assist in developing influencer programs and incentive structures.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.

Community Building

  • Foster strong relationships with KOLs and affiliates to encourage long-term brand partnerships.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators in the pet and lifestyle space.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Experience in campaign coordination and reporting.

Preferred/Plus:

  • Experience in
    affiliate marketing
    or managing
    creator programs
    .
  • Passion for
    pets, pet care, or animal welfare
    .
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and affiliate tracking tools.
  • Experience in an
    e-commerce or consumer brand
    setting.
