Industry: Corporate Travel / GDS

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Travel training, with solid hands-on experience using at least one GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to lead both virtual and in-person sessions confidently.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in developing training decks, manuals, performance reports, and other training assets using Excel and presentation tools.
  • Strong analytical ability to measure training effectiveness and recommend improvement actions.
  • Skilled in conflict management with the ability to provide constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Experience as a Process Trainer in a Corporate Travel account is REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead training for international ticketing, group bookings, and email support processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding and upskilling sessions for L2 agents handling complex itineraries.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify and address training needs.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct refresher training and process updates based on client and business requirements.
  • Ensure all training activities support performance improvement and operational readiness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
