Job Responsibilities

The RMA Associate is responsible for a variety of duties related to the handling of returns and warranties from all platforms managed by EasyPC. Their primary responsibilities include receiving returned items and ensuring each one is properly recorded in accordance with company guidelines. They troubleshoot returned hardware and document findings during the investigation process. The RMA Associate also prepares reports and coordinates the sending of items to EasyPC RMA. They handle the voiding of all failed delivery items in QBO and update the inventory system accordingly. Additionally, they filter returned items to determine whether they should be returned to stock or subjected to the STR process. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries about warranty claims and scheduling the return of warranty items to customers.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a college level with any computer related course or Certificate on any vocational course.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • With good moral character
  • Fast Learner
