Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising and coordinating daily store operations.
  • Help drive sales performance by implementing sales strategies and monitoring daily targets.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, store cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
  • Oversee cashiering, cash handling, and daily sales reports when assigned.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the head office for deliveries, product requests, and store needs.
  • Ensure implementation of promotions, pricing updates, and visual displays.
  • Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Willing to work on-site, flexible with schedule, and able to handle fast-paced operations.
