Key responsibilities

  • Daily operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly and effectively, manage opening and closing procedures, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Staff management: Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and schedule employees. Motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and handle payroll and other HR duties.
  • Customer service: Ensure high-quality customer service, resolve customer complaints, and act as a primary point of contact for customer and staff inquiries.
  • Sales and marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and meet financial goals.
  • Inventory management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and conducting regular counts to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Financial management: Manage store finances, analyze store performance through reports, and oversee budget adherence.
  • Compliance and safety: Enforce store policies, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement loss prevention and security measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php31,000.00 per month
