About the Role

The HR Admin will provide comprehensive support in HR operations, including employee records management, contracts and benefits processing, payroll assistance, onboarding, and HR reporting. The role also supports staff development, compliance with HR policies, and process improvements to ensure efficient HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and contracts in HR systems
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training activities
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with policies and evaluations
  • Provide staff support on entitlements, policies, and HR-related inquiries
  • Contribute to process improvements and HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience (personnel administration, payroll, or HRIS)
  • Strong reporting, organizational, and communication skills
  • HR certification is an advantage

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
