Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants.
  • Prepare pre-employment requirements and endorse candidates for medical exams.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
2. Timekeeping & Attendance Monitoring
  • Monitor daily attendance, tardiness, and absences.
  • Encode and validate employee time records for payroll processing.
  • Prepare reports on leave balances and attendance issues.
3. Employee Records Management
  • Maintain updated employee 201 files (contracts, IDs, clearances).
  • Draft HR-related letters such as memos, notices, and employment certifications.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
  • Implement company rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
  • Assist in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE requirements and company policies.
5. General HR & Admin Support
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary HR data.
  • Coordinate employee benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, handling HR supplies, and assisting in company activities (trainings, events).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative work (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication (English & Filipino) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
