Fagokho Corporation is the mother company of several multinational brands, including Ramen Nagi, Nagi Izakaya, Hakata Ton-ichi, Tendon Akimitsu, Fatfook, and other Japanese and Asian concepts.

Summary of the Role:

The Corporate Instructor – Corporate University will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Ramen Nagi's structured learning and development platform. This role is responsible for building learning paths across all levels of the organization—from frontliners to future leaders—ensuring that training programs are aligned with company goals, operational needs, and brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing people, a strong background in F&B or retail training, and the ability to manage large-scale training initiatives end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the Ramen Nagi Corporate University curriculum covering operations, leadership, soft skills, and compliance.
  • Oversee training needs analysis, curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation across all business units.
  • Collaborate with department heads, store leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Develop career learning paths, certification programs, and onboarding modules.
  • Lead and mentor a team of training facilitators and internal trainers.
  • Ensure learning programs meet company standards and brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or any related field.
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in training management, preferably in the F&B or retail industry, and ideally with experience in an academy or structured learning environment.
  • Proven track record in designing end-to-end learning programs and leading learning initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with setting up a Corporate Academy
  • Can start ASAP
