About the role

Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation is seeking an experienced Facial Trainer to join our passionate team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Facial Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our clients about our products. What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and delivering engaging training programmes on skin care, makeup application techniques, and product features and benefits
  2. Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to improve their skills and confidence
  3. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and best practices in facial care and makeup
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials
  5. Maintaining detailed training records and providing performance feedback to the sales team
  6. Representing the company at industry events and trade shows

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facial Trainer or Cosmetology Instructor
  2. Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programmes
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team
  4. In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and the cosmetics industry
  5. Proficient in the use of various training tools and technologies
  6. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  7. Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning
