Role Description This is a full-time remote work from home role for a Learning Success and Training Sales Representative - USA Shift. TrainUp.com is seeking a well-qualified professional training sales leader to help close custom instructor-led learning solutions from in-bound and outbound training requests. The role requires a firm grasp on adult learning theory with the ability to conduct client needs analysis and get to the root of learning objectives to aid the team in presenting the best learning solution. The Learning Success Leader portion of the role is to help support client administrators to make the most of their journey through our institutes, learning solutions and within our proprietary TrainingFlo Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Candidates will work closely with development teams to provide regular consolidated learner and admin feedback on their learning experience, progress, and requirements. This role involves a blend of learning/educational insight, partnership management, customer service excellence, sales outcomes and project management. Candidates must have the ability and desire to create custom learning plans and pathways by review learning courses and mapping them to relevant categories and client learning objectives. Candidates will help close training opportunities ranging from live in-person, virtual live, e-learning content sales for groups and large corporate training solutions. Candidates may also be asked to contribute to creating content posts, sourcing podcast guests and serving as a host on live webinars. Responsibilities and capabilities Candidates must be comfortable with: Engaging prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods while qualifying leads by understanding their learning needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. Multi-stakeholder selling: comfortable navigating heads of department, HR leaders, IT managers, procurement, and training managers. Outreach: Initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients through various communication channels, including calls, emails, social media. Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, nurturing leads and following up on opportunities and success factors of past training deliveries. Problem-Solving and Support: Aid the team in overseeing learning outcome management, training & development solutions, instructional design, and learning management systems to ensure successful training outcomes and performance improvement. Twice annual strategy sessions with TrainUp.com leadership in Manila. Qualifications 7+ years of Learning Manager/Management (L&D) and Training & Development skills 4+ years closing learning/training sales/solutions Strong Communication skills and Excellent English communication (verbal and written) along with relationship-building skills.
