Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Associate to join our team. The HR Associate will support the HR department in various administrative functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves assisting in recruitment, employee relations, training, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are properly introduced to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Support performance management activities, including tracking employee performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee leave requests and maintain accurate records of attendance.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative duties and special projects as needed.
  • Coordinate with Finance for proper attendance tracking for payroll.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or office administration is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software or willingness to learn new systems is a plus.
