We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor/Restaurant Supervisor for our newly opened Port Cafe Restaurant located in GMall of Gensan. The successful candidate will oversee our daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional experience for both our team and customers. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a knack for fostering a positive work environment, we want to hear from you What You’ll Do: You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Driving Performance: Supporting the achievement of sales targets and monitoring overall store performance to ensure we hit our goals. Customer Experience: Upholding high store presentation standards, ensuring a welcoming environment, and promptly and courteously addressing customer concerns. Team Leadership: Promoting consistent delivery of excellent service, providing training and guidance to team members, and leading regular staff discussions and performance check-ins. Operational Excellence: Ensuring product quality and availability, implementing store policies and procedures, and documenting relevant incidents when necessary. Inventory & Quality: Overseeing stock monitoring and ensuring product quality and availability are consistently maintained. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related course. Candidates with any bachelor’s degree and relevant experience will be considered for this position. At least 2 years of proven experience in store or branch supervision, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Proficient in using standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or extended hours when needed. Detail-oriented, organized , and capable of effectively handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making skills . A natural leader who can effectively motivate a team and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, allowing you to interact clearly and professionally with staff and customers.
