As a Production Supervisor at San Miguel Foods, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility at MAGNOLIA INC., General Trias City, Cavite. This full-time position will see you managing a team of skilled production staff, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of our market-leading food products.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet operational targets
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards
  • Provide hands-on leadership and training to production staff
  • Identify and resolve problems or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of production activities

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Significant experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role, preferably within the food industry

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in interpreting production data and using it to drive operational enhancements
  • Thorough understanding of quality control processes and health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the food industry, dairy manufacturing is preferred but not required
