Location: Silang, Cavite

Job Responsibilities:

The Injection Supervisor is responsible for managing injection molding operations to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Key duties include:

  • Troubleshoot and repair defective units encountered during production as quickly as possible.
  • Document and report all defects, causes, and corrective actions for evaluation and process improvement.
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations to prevent future issues.
  • Handle troubleshooting of equipment or tooling problems during production.
  • Inspect components to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Oversee the set-up, operation, maintenance, and repair of injection molding machines, tools, and materials.
  • Prepare and produce injection-molded components according to specifications.
  • Ensure all output meets quality standards and production goals.

Qualifications (Recommended):

  • with experience in injection molding operations or supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge of machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented with good leadership and communication skills
  • Capable of maintaining production efficiency under minimal supervision

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₱35,000/month
