Job Summary:

The Production Helper provides direct support to the production team by assisting in the preparation, processing, and packaging of chemical products in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. The role ensures smooth workflow, proper handling of materials, and a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of raw materials and packaging materials as instructed by the Production Operator or Supervisor.
  • Support production operations by loading, mixing, transferring, and labeling materials following standard operating procedures.
  • Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, equipment, and tools at all times.
  • Observe all company safety and housekeeping policies; wear prescribed PPE at all times.
  • Assist in the weighing, filling, sealing, and labeling of finished products.
  • Report any equipment irregularities, material shortages, or safety hazards to the Supervisor immediately.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting activities as required.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned to support continuous production operations.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course in any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing or chemical production, but not required.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform manual labor.
  • Knowledge of basic safety practices in handling materials and equipment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as production demands.
  • Team player, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
