JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow our strategic client relationships in the consumer electronics industry. This role requires strong account management skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with key clients to drive business growth and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation planning, scheduling, and coordination with delivery partners.
- Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to streamline operations and reporting.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management on warehouse performance, costs, and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role, preferably in Sales – Retail/General or Key Accounts within consumer electronics.
- Proven experience in managing major national accounts at head office level.
- Highly self-motivated with strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to take calculated risks and proactively pursue growth opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City (near Arca South).
