Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Market Development: Develop and track new customers and explore new markets to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain existing business and acquire new accounts.
- Order Fulfillment and Logistics: Oversee the fulfillment, tracking, shipment, and payment collection for existing customers.
- Sales and Strategic Objectives: Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and meet strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all account requests are fulfilled efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and monitor processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales volume, sales value, and inventory.
- Visibility and Inventory Management: Ensure that the company's products are prominently and accurately displayed in stores.
- Promoter Management: Manage promoters, including scheduling and addressing their concerns.
- Recruitment and Selection: Conduct interviews and select promoters.
- Market Research: Identify and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Prepare and handle additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years working experience as a Key Account Manager
- Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, business administrative or any related field
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Willing to do fieldwork nationwide in Philippines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
