We are looking for a Team Leader with solid experience in Finance & Accounting to join our growing team

Note: This role is part of our candidate pool for upcoming Finance & Accounting Supervisor positions.

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role within a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general accounting processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage performance, meet SLAs, and drive process improvements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs using standard tools to identify trends, recommend actions, and ensure performance exceeds targets.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance, and promote collaboration to achieve deliverables.
  • Evaluate team performance on productivity, quality, and attendance; set expectations, create development plans, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients to address SLA-related issues, maintain strong relationships, and ensure service excellence.
  • Conduct regular huddles to share updates, gather feedback, and support team engagement.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on production plans, actions, and process improvements.
  • Prepare and review performance reports to support monitoring and decision-making.
