We are looking for a Supervisor with experience in International Insurance and Ancillary Services to join our team

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
  • 3–5 years of BPO experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Background in international insurance processes and ancillary services (claims, policy admin, underwriting support, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with insurance-related systems or tools.
  • Ability to manage team performance, meet SLAs, and drive process improvements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily insurance and ancillary process operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
  • Prepare and review reports to track productivity and performance trends.
  • Conduct regular team huddles to share updates and address concerns.
