DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES:
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather purchase requisitions and specifications and to send feedback within reasonable time.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement transactions in compliance to company policy.
- Assist in identifying potential suppliers and obtaining quotes or bids.
- Assist in negotiation of terms, prices, discount and conditions with suppliers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in sourcing strategies and supplier diversification initiatives.
- Collaborate with inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Compile and analyze procurement data to provide insights on spending trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance procurement processes.
- Maintain organized records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Attends to other related concerns and performs other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support roles, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Basic understanding of procurement principles, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
- Proficiency in using procurement software, Microsoft Office applications, and spreadsheet tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be able to comply with the pre-employment requirements.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
