Territory Sales Manager | Retail & Subdistributor Sales

Full-time | Field Work | Luzon

We seek a driven and hands-on sales leader to fully own sales performance, inventory health, and subdistributor development in an assigned Luzon territory. Frequent travel across the Philippines is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Grow sell-in/sell-out, conduct store audits (visual merchandising, stock), and implement localized sales strategies.
  • Build Relationships: Be the primary contact for subdistributors, resolving issues, conducting business reviews, and supporting expansion.
  • Manage Inventory: Monitor stock (M002, M015), ensure accurate forecasting/replenishment, and plan liquidation for aging stock.
  • Coordinate Operations: Support marketing programs and align with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance).
  • Report & Analyze: Consolidate sales data for the NBOM, assist with incentive tracking, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in retail operations; 2+ years managing subdistributors.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Formulas, Analysis) and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Philippines.
  • Retail or fashion industry experience is a plus.
