JOB DESCRIPTION:

Engineering Admin will work as part of a team to maintain and improve processes as well as the system used in maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Preventive Maintenance Program.
  • Maintain equipment files updated including Preventive Maintenance historical records control, lubrication, replacement, and repair for components.
  • Responsible for all duties related to documents, forms, and templates generation and submission.
  • Assist in the development of reporting from the CMMS.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and maintenance personnel in all functions of the work as required.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating of current SOPs and Work Instruction of the maintenance engineering department.
  • Prepare engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Receiving weekly activities from Team Leaders and update weekly plan for scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintain an easily retrievable records filing system for GMP/FDA and Government representative audit inspections and maintenance report.
  • Spare parts management.
  • Perform other tasks that may be required by the Maintenance Engineering Head.
