Role Description
The Strategic Account Manager/Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, identifying and addressing their business needs, and driving account growth through customized IT solutions. The role includes managing sales cycles, developing account strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. The candidate will also work closely with partners and vendors to identify market opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Client Relationship Building, and Customer Retention expertise
- Sales Strategy Development and Business Development experience
- Knowledge of IT Products, Services, and Solutions
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the IT or technology distribution industry is an advantage
