Try & Review is looking for a skilled Strategic Account Manager to oversee the company's relationship with its most important clients. The ideal candidate will be apt to build strong relationships with large & strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with the company directors to support them in sustaining and reinforcing existing relationships with current or past large and strategic clients
  • Maintain HubSpot up-to-date records for assigned contacts and companies, keeping the latest data into the system
  • Develop trustful relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements to be able to propose pertinent solutions that meet clients' needs
  • Prepare clients' meetings and send meetings follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations and proposal decks matching clients' briefs and requirements
  • Identify upsell opportunities and play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of our rate cards, presentation decks and the preparation of specific case studies upon request
  • Prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams and assist the campaign team (if needed) to ensure the correct services are being delivered to clients. Help to resolve any issues to maintain trust.
  • Competition monitoring, analysis and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as key account manager or brand marketing - minimum 4 to 5 years
  • Previous experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Previous experience with B2B CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce or equivalent
  • Experience with FMCG industry preferable, preferably with an existing portfolio of clients
  • Ecommerce or digital media experience would be a huge plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Flexible, collaborative and team-oriented
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize workload and effectively manage time while meeting client's deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ready to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment of continuous change and rapid growth
  • High fluency in spoken and written English. French Speaking is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
