We are seeking Procore Data Specialists to support a short-term initiative involving data migration and setup between RS Means and Procore. The role requires both construction knowledge and strong technical/data entry skills. Selected candidates will be responsible for extracting, formatting, and importing Division 32 (Landscaping & Irrigation) cost data into Procore for use in estimating and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, locate, and export all Division 32 (Landscaping & Irrigation) material, labor, production, and cost-related rates from RS Means.
  • Prepare and format data in Excel to align with Procore's import requirements.
  • Import/export material, labor, production, and cost data into Procore.
  • Validate accuracy of imported data to ensure it is usable for estimating and project management.
  • Collaborate with the project team to meet the initiative's rush timeline.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of construction or trade experience.
  • Background in coordination, estimating, or project management preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel (data formatting, formulas, import/export).
  • Knowledge of RS Means and Procore required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely under tight deadlines.
