OLIVIA Professional Solutions is a U.S.-based staffing company that connects Home Care-Trained Virtual Assistants from the Philippines with U.S. Home Care businesses. We are expanding our marketing initiatives and seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (Independent Contractor) who can deliver measurable growth through strategy, innovation, and performance accountability.

Engagement Overview

This is not an employment position but a long-term independent contractor position. The selected contractor will independently manage, plan, and execute marketing initiatives under a deliverables-based agreement.

The role will begin with a 3-month strategic onboarding period, followed by a full transition into the Marketing Manager function once outcomes and systems are established.

Scope of Work
  • Develop and lead strategic marketing plans that drive lead generation and sales meetings, ensuring clear and measurable outcomes.
  • Assess OLIVIA's current marketing assets, systems, and campaigns, identifying gaps and proposing actionable improvements in branding, funnels, and overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and roll out marketing initiatives for client acquisition, franchise partnerships, affiliate programs, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Reports directly to the Director of Operations and collaborates with company leadership to align marketing outcomes with company growth goals and new business initiatives.
  • Provide direction and oversight to the Digital Marketing Specialist and other marketing contractors to ensure all executions align with the strategic vision.
  • Assist in project execution as needed, particularly in campaign setup, testing, or strategy implementation, especially during the initial transition or pilot phase of campaigns.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and guide marketing team performance, offering feedback, structure, and measurable objectives to improve outcomes and team productivity.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that track marketing performance, ensuring accountability for results and continuous improvement.
  • Plan strategic campaigns supporting CEO participation in U.S. conferences and other lead generation opportunities, creating initiatives that maximize visibility and partnership potential.

  • Growth in qualified leads and sales meetings.
  • Campaign ROI, conversion metrics, and consistency of strategy execution.
  • Independent completion of agreed deliverables within scope and timeline.
Contractor Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing management, growth strategy, or lead generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (social, paid ads, CRM funnels, email).
  • Strong understanding of analytics, marketing automation, and recruitment marketing.
  • Owns necessary tools and software to perform the work independently.
  • Highly self-directed, professional, and results-driven.
