Visayas Moto Hub Inc is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and promotional efforts for the dealership. The ideal candidate will drive customer traffic to the showroom, build strong brand presence in Cebu and neighboring areas, and promote Visayas Moto Hub Inc line of motorcycles, gear, and services.

This role involves a mix of digital marketing, event coordination, brand development, and community engagement, all tailored to the lifestyle and passion of the local riding community.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Building

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with sales targets and Visayas Moto Hub Inc branding.
  • Collaborate with the head office and manufacturer on national campaigns, while tailoring them for the Cebu market.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage the dealership's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Create engaging content — from motorcycle feature videos to ride event promos.
  • Run targeted ads and campaigns to increase leads, inquiries, and brand awareness.
  • Maintain and update the dealership website, ensuring all listings and promotions are current.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Organize and promote local events such as test ride days, group rides, and brand activations.
  • Build relationships with motorcycle clubs, influencers, vloggers, and riding communities in Cebu.
  • Represent Visayas Moto Hub Inc at motor shows, expos, and community gatherings.

Customer Engagement & CRM

  • Manage customer database and send timely promotions, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation and campaign tracking.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Develop local advertising campaigns (online and offline), working within marketing budgets.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, print suppliers, and promo agencies as needed.
  • Maximize co-op ad support from its distributor where applicable.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance, track foot traffic, leads, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and insights for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in automotive, motorcycle, or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills.
  • Passion for motorcycles or the riding lifestyle is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of the Cebu market and local riding culture is preferred.
