Job Description:

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff performance
  • Oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch
  • Ensure accuracy of stock levels and timely distribution of goods
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
  • Prepare warehouse reports and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office
  • Physically fit and able to handle a fast-paced environment
