Job Description:

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to optimize processes for smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff performance
  • Oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch
  • Ensure accuracy of stock levels and timely distribution of goods
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
  • Prepare warehouse reports and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office
  • Physically fit and able to handle a fast-paced environment
