Job summary:

South Central Hub Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient hub operations, with strong focus on inbound processing, reporting, and system management. This position requires a detail-oriented leader who is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, experienced in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and capable of managing a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Central Hub Warehouse Supervisor will be in charge of daily warehouse operation

Implementation of improvement projects

Maintaining the efficiency of warehouse operation

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Supply Planning Team for all Inbound transactions
  • Making sure to meet KPI's for inbound
  • Create a daily Inbound plan based on ASN
  • Make sure all Inbound items are encoded in system with correct location
  • Making sure all Vendor Invoices are scanned and transmitted immediately to accounting
  • Resolve any issue during receiving of stock
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  • Ensure to have enough space for all incoming stocks
  • Properly supervise, ensure training and effectively motivate all personnel in the warehouse operations
  • Impose sanctions / disciplinary action for any violations committed
  • Responsible for implementation of all SOPs in daily warehouse operations
  • Determine what are the bottlenecks in the process and provide resolutions
  • Utilizing Inbound docks and making sure zero downtime
  • To evaluate staff performance, determines training requirements to ensure that skills & knowledge are enhanced as part of staff development program
  • Monitors the shelf life of the products during Inbound
  • Ensure Inbounded products have proper reports/ records
  • Ensures proper maintenance of warehouse space including lighting, ventilation, and other utilities within premises
  • Regular check fitness of equipment such as weighing scales, forklifts, reach trucks, hand pallet
  • Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in Logistics and Warehousing Operations
  • Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Have strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
  • Is impact-driven and want to make a positive impact to the lives of Sari Sari store owners; ultimately playing a role in bridging the income inequality gap in the Philippines
  • Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, CIE is a plus, logistics, supply chain or relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
