Warehouse Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in disseminating inventory reports.
• Accountable for material traceability, storage/preservations, safety keeping and proper documentation.
• Accountable or inventory variances/losses
• Receive and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
• Process and distributes documentation with purchase orders.
• Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Open and unload crates and shipping containers, stocks items in proper storage areas assuring that they are stored properly to minimize damage and that no safety or fire issues exist.
• Arranges the items to keep them clean and in order.
• Stores items in bulk or on shelving, making best use of the available storage space
• Lifts, carries and or moves furniture, equipment, furnishings, cartons and boxes, and any other light to heavy objects from place to place by hand or by making use of hand trucks, carts, vehicle, etc.
• Check that shipping labels have been drawn up correctly then informs the shipping department that truck drivers can pick up the packed boxes.

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent
• At least five year of experience in a warehouse setting
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to operate powered equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
