Role Overview:

The Recruitment Lead oversees the full recruitment cycle for a conglomerate environment, ensuring that every hire aligns with organizational standards, manpower plans, and leadership expectations. This role requires strong judgment, precision, and the capacity to manage multiple business units with firm control and strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and execute full-cycle recruitment across corporate, technical, and project-based roles.
  • Establish and enforce disciplined recruitment processes, SLAs, and weekly placement targets.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline across Architecture, Design, Engineering, Construction, Property Management, and Hospitality.
  • Oversee job posting strategies, sourcing channels, headhunter coordination, and screening protocols.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment with department heads and executive-level requirements.
  • Provide weekly recruitment dashboards, status reports, and compliance updates.
  • Safeguard data accuracy in trackers, folders, and internal recruitment systems.
  • Mentor and supervise recruitment associates; uphold performance accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience; exposure to multi-business or conglomerate operations is an advantage.
  • Strong command in candidate assessment, manpower planning, and interview techniques.
  • Sharp communication skills, professional presence, and strong decision-making.
  • High sense of ownership, discipline, and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and speed.
