The HR Compensation and Benefits Staff is responsible for accurately administering payroll, employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and company compensation programs. The role ensures compliance with labor laws, maintains updated employee records, processes benefits claims, and supports compensation-related audits. This position ensures employees receive correct and timely compensation while safeguarding adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
Compensation
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Validate attendance, overtime, adjustments, and deductions.
  • Maintain and update salary records and employee data.
  • Assist in salary structure reviews and compensation analysis.
Benefits Administration
  • Process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Handle company benefits such as leave credits, insurance, and allowances.
  • Coordinate benefits claims, loans, and reimbursements.
  • Educate employees on benefits policies and processes.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, and government contribution deadlines.
  • Prepare payroll reports, statutory summaries, and year-end reports.
  • Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
Employee Support
  • Respond to compensation- and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Assist employees with government benefit applications and updates.
Record Management
  • Maintain accurate payroll files, benefits records, and confidential HR documents
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Payroll accuracy rate (minimal errors per cycle).
  • On-time payroll processing (% completed within schedule).
  • Compliance rate for government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Turnaround time for benefits processing (loans, claims, reimbursements).
  • Accuracy and timeliness of statutory reporting.
  • Employee satisfaction with compensation and benefits support.
  • Completion of year-end reports and audits without major findings.
  • Timely updating of HRIS and employee compensation records.
