Role Purpose

Lead Compensation & Benefits fulfillment operations and vendor ecosystem, ensuring efficient service delivery, governance, and employee experience. Act as the bridge between strategic Total Rewards design and operational execution — driving compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality service outcomes through strong vendor management and data-driven decision-making.

Key Accountabilities

Vendor Management & Governance

  • Lead vendor lifecycle: selection, onboarding, performance review, renewal, and exit.
  • Co-develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with all benefit providers.
  • Implement vendor scorecards and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
  • Partner with Procurement and Finance to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with company policies.
  • Co-drive process improvements and digital integrations between vendors and TR&F.

Fulfillment Operations Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day fulfillment of compensation and benefits (or includes onboarding, offboarding and select LR) processes.
  • Manage escalation tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 within SLA (but not limited to) with Converge and affiliates.
  • Timekeeping audit and verification on attendance reports
  • Payroll know-how for collaboration of new policies and process within Finance.
  • Benefits handling the HMO/GPA/GLIP work processes, standards and vendor management and support, create the SLA driven benefits related inquiries.
  • Clearance and Separation handling on resignations, manage exit interviews
  • Record Management – manage, organize and help digitize the employee records
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Know how on Philippine government statutory and taxation laws
  • Clinic Management on APE and ECU process and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies, compliance and governance requirements.
  • Supervise team workload balancing and process discipline.
  • Implement DMAIC / Lean process improvements to eliminate rework.

Strategic & Operational Total Rewards Support

  • Translate Total Rewards strategy into operational playbooks and SOPs.
  • Support benchmarking and market survey participation.
  • Partner with Total Rewards CoE for annual compensation review cycles and benefits renewal planning.
  • Support policy updates, pay structure refreshes, and cost simulations.
  • Co-generate Total Rewards analytics dashboards together with the Platform and Analytics team.
  • HRIS maintenance, calibration of work processes aligned with the SLA to drive the monthly analytics report

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Coach and mentor Fulfillment Generalists on analytical and vendor management skills.
  • Co-develop team mastery in tools (SuccessFactors EC, JIRA, Excel modeling, analytics dashboard) together with the Platform and Analytics team.
  • Lead upskilling initiatives for Tier 2 generalists on Total Rewards fundamentals.
  • Instill a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
  • Language: Fluent in English as can use it as a daily working language
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in Compensation and Benefits Service Delivery and or within the HR Shared Services industry,
  • Knowledge: and with robust knowledge on Philippine government statutory benefits, taxation, process excellence and HR technology (SAP Success Factors)
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability and Excel proficiency. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and manage compliance risks.
