Qualifications:

- College Graduate - Degree Holder

- Preferably 2 years of field sales management experience or part of the management team of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company

- Preferably has gained considerable experience or stature in leading a specific operation or function within the distributor operation

- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work under pressure, result-oriented, problem-solving skills, and a team player

- Preferably able to drive a motorized vehicle

- Advanced knowledge of computer applications
