About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of YOUMNA — leading the performance of our remote Executive Partner team, ensuring seamless client delivery, and maintaining exceptional service quality. You'll be both strategic and hands-on, driving day-to-day execution while also contributing to the systems and processes that allow us to scale.

You'll report directly to the CEO and play a key leadership role in the company's next stage of growth, with a clear track to Head of Operations.

Delivery Oversight & Client Success

  • Own client onboarding and act as the key relationship holder throughout the partnership lifecycle
  • Track service quality, monitor EP performance, and maintain delivery excellence
  • Regularly gather client feedback and proactively course-correct as needed
Team Management, Training & Coaching
  • Manage and mentor a remote team of Executive Partners (EPs).
  • Train new hires during onboarding and ensure they are fully equipped to deliver high-quality support.
  • Shadow EPs, track tasks, and coach for continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and manage conflict efficiently.
 Operational Systems & Process Building
  • Develop and manage internal SOPs, playbooks, and systems for EP onboarding, task tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Partnerships, and CEO to improve internal operations
  • Maintain dashboards and tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier) to ensure visibility and accountability
 Escalation & Problem Solving
  • Serve as the escalation point for service delivery issues — stepping in swiftly and professionally
  • Anticipate risk, manage expectations, and uphold a high standard of client maturity

What We're Looking For

Experience: 4+ years in EA and 2+ years in learning and development, Ops Manager, or Chief of Staff-type roles

Training and Coaching: Must be skilled at digging deep and identifying root cause of skill gaps or poor performance, developing upskilling plan and implementing it

Training Delivery: Proven experience in creating and delivering onboarding and skills training programs for new hires

Client-Facing Confidence: Proven ability to own client relationships, manage expectations, and deliver value

Operational Agility: Able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and prioritize dynamically

Remote Experience: Comfortable with async workflows, distributed teams, and digital-first communication

Tool Proficiency: Fluent in Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom; bonus: Zapier, Trello, Hubspot and workflow automations

Communication: Assertive, empathetic, and fluent in English (written and spoken)

Time Zone Alignment: Must work MENA-aligned hours and be responsive to urgent needs
