Job Description

  • Communicate and report directly to the Department General Manager.
  • Manage business activities assigned by superiors and oversee daily operations of the assigned commodity.
  • Handle documentation, correspondence, collections, and other essential paperwork.
  • Conduct industry-specific research and market studies as instructed by superiors.
  • Contribute innovative ideas, schemes, and strategies for the expansion and growth of existing business.
  • Prepare and implement sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports.
  • Secure and analyze import/export statistics to support business decisions.
  • Manage the recording of contracts, shipping schedules, and trade-related documentation.
  • Maintain constant communication and close coordination with suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of proven managerial experience in sales, marketing, or business management, preferably in food/meat trading or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of food/meat trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
