JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Media Buyer Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns. This role is key in maximizing our brand visibility and driving performance across multiple online channels. You will leverage data-driven insights, market research, and creative collaboration to ensure campaigns are cost-effective, impactful, and aligned with overall business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic digital media buying campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Google, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, using data insights to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure ad materials are on-brand and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify target demographics and effective media channels.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, optimization strategies, and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) lifestyle e-commerce business models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and advertising technologies.
  • Bonus: Previous experience managing media buying for overseas e-commerce companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
