This position is directly hired under Lilanz (Philippine branch).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting and reporting functions while supporting the company's growth and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the Accounting Department, including policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
  • Manage daily financial operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance).
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for submission to HQ.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, local tax laws, and company policies.
  • Review supplier invoices and reconcile with aging reports prior to payment.
  • Supervise and perform accounting transactions while streamlining processes for efficiency.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other external partners.
  • Implement internal controls and cost-efficiency measures.
  • Support HQ and management in special financial projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in retail or FMCG industries.
  • Experience in international trade (import/export) accounting and taxation processes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.
