We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven TikTok Shop Content Creator & Affiliate Partner to join our Operations team. This position is perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and brings hands-on experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, and TikTok Shop operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Social Media Manager by executing influencer initiatives and ensuring seamless daily TikTok Shop performance.

Work Arrangement:

The first 60 days will be fully onsite for onboarding and training. Upon meeting performance benchmarks, you may transition to a hybrid setup (2 days onsite). Continued strong performance may lead to eligibility for a fully remote arrangement.

Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn up to $450 per quarter, based on performance and the successful completion of quarterly objectives. Bonus eligibility begins in Q1 2026 for hires onboarded before year end.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Coordination

  • Lead influencer outreach, onboarding, communication, and day-to-day support for all active campaigns.
  • Meet quarterly performance goals, including managing 50+ influencer partnerships and testing initiatives.
  • Prepare influencer agreements and monitor budgets, expenses, orders, and deliverables in alignment with established SOPs.
  • Maintain an updated and organized influencer database, collaboration records, and performance reports.
  • Assist in developing campaign briefs and oversee content collection, approval processes, and repurposing strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and customer service teams on asset creation, influencer orders, issue resolution, and identifying new collaboration opportunities.

TikTok Shop Operations

  • Support the growth of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program by sourcing, recruiting, and building strong relationships with creators and affiliates.
  • Coordinate product seeding programs to boost content output and conversions while monitoring product usage and monthly budgets.
  • Handle daily shop tasks such as responding to customer and affiliate inquiries, updating listings, processing returns, and assisting with order fulfillment.
  • Conduct routine shop checks, generate reports, and assist in launching and managing additional TikTok Shops when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and professional email communication.
  • Hands-on experience in TikTok Shop operations and affiliate program management.
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms such as Grin or Tagger.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, KPIs, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Willingness to work a night shift (EST schedule).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php42,000.00 per month
