Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of brand growth for one of the brands across all platforms.
  • Lead TikTok content strategy and execution, focusing on native, authentic brand storytelling.
  • Manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliate sellers to drive PGC and marketing reach.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to connect brand campaigns with sales outcomes.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars for TikTok, IG, and Facebook.
  • Track performance metrics, identify insights, and optimize campaigns for marketing communication.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that elevate brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or digital content.
  • Proven understanding of TikTok marketing and influencer collaboration.
  • Experience working with creators, KOLs, or affiliate programs is a strong plus.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
  • Confident in short-form video content, trends, and digital analytics.
  • Familiar with managing multiple social media channels (TikTok, IG, FB).
  • Open-minded, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
