E-Commerce Associate

What You'll Do
  • Assist customers through chat, email, and occasional calls with inquiries about orders, deliveries, products, and after-sales concerns
  • Resolve customer issues on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop (wrong orders, delivery concerns, system issues, etc.)
  • Handle claims for damaged items, lost parcels, and mis-shipments with proper documentation
  • Record customer interactions and resolutions using Google Forms or our internal system
  • Follow company and platform policies on returns, refunds, and warranties
What We're Looking For
  • At least High School Graduate (college level or graduate is a plus)
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO
  • Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is a big advantage
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in Tagalog/Filipino
  • Comfortable using computers, fast typing, and familiar with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Patient, friendly, and able to handle customers with empathy—even under pressure
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
