Your Role:

  • Lead learning & development initiatives by identifying training needs and designing engaging programs.

  • Develop and conduct training sessions, webinars, and assessments to equip our sales team with essential knowledge and skills.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our training modules.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies.

  • Collaborate with key departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in all training materials.

  • Support the Training and Sales Recruitment Head in implementing training activities and preparing learning materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales training & development, preferably from a developer.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • A team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas (Galleria Corporate Center).
